Akrivi Nikokiridou, best known as simply Akrivi, is a Greek singer-songwriter, currnetly residing in the United Kingdom. Her music has been featured in various series and films, among which 'The Good Wife', 'The Fosters', 'The Night Before' and more.
She will wave the Greek flag in Japan performing her song"Kingdom of Love", an alternative pop EP with current, fresh sounds and a modern production. Lyrics are about positivity and empowerment towards abusive events, harassment and mistreatment, supporting the "Time's Up" movement. Winning the group with 4 points, to dominating in both her semi and the final, Akrivi is now ready to take off to Japan! Impressive how in a selection with names like Melisses, KINGS, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tamta, Demy & Irini Papadopoulou the winner is a song with less than 60 views on YouTube (of which I actually wonder how many are from NNMC people). Akrivi's victory in the NS proves that you don't need to have participated in ESC or have thousands of views to be able to participate in NNMC! She's by far the most unknown act on our NS, yet she's the winning one!
